Our mission is to empower a million Africans with on-demand animation skills, nurturing a new generation of talented animators who can confidently step into the industry and contribute to its growth and excellence.
This policy applies to all individuals in any capacity related to Magic Lab Academy, who visit the website, including but not limited to employees, volunteers, contractors, board members, and any other stakeholders.
Magic Lab Academy offers specialized programs under its six schools:
School of 3D Animation
School of 2D Traditional Animation
School of 2D Cut-Out Animation
School of Story & Scripts
School of CGI & VFX
School of Game Design & Development
Magic Lab Academy has a no-refund policy for course cancellations or withdrawals. Once enrolled, tuition fees are non-refundable.
Regular attendance to live classes is necessary for effective learning. Students are expected to actively participate in live sessions for the best learning experience.
As a virtual school, students are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Intellectual property created by students using school licenses partly belongs to both the student and Magic Lab Academy. Ownership is shared and subject to a mutual agreement.

Certifications are awarded at the end of each program/school year by the Dean and are globally recognized diplomas.
Magic Lab Academy reserves the right to terminate the admission of any student who engages in harmful or abusive behavior towards other students, tutors, or staff. No refunds will be given in such cases.
In the event of disputes between students and Magic Lab Academy, the following process will be followed:
Step 1: Informal Discussion – Attempt to resolve the issue informally with the respective tutor or administrator.
Step 2: Formal Complaint – If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal written complaint to the school administration.
Step 3: Mediation – If needed, mediation may be pursued to resolve the dispute.
Step 4: Arbitration – If mediation fails, both parties agree to binding arbitration as the final step of dispute resolution.
